A futon with a full-size mattress is also provided, along with heating and cooling for your comfort. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water and watching the sunrise over Silver Lake. Conveniently located minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry, NY. Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

The Green House

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this beautiful farm situated on 80 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with horses, chickens and Nigerian Dwarf goats. Walk out the sliding glass door to a fully fenced pool and hot tub overlooking the beautiful rolling hills and woods. We live right next to the Green House. The Famous Finger Lake Wineries and Breweries are a short drive away. We are also 20 minutes away from Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.
