The backyard features a deck with privacy wall ideal for grillin’ & chillin’. There is off and on-street parking available as well as a 2-stall garage. All three bedrooms host their own bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
