Built at the turn of last century, The Beacon House is an idyllic seaside retreat with wrap-around decks, historic veranda, extensive grounds and uninterrupted sea views. On tranquil Tankerton Beach, The Beacon House is positioned above a unique spit (The Whitstable Street) a landmark view and famous for fossil foraging, fishing & seal-spotting. Original arts and crafts detailing combines with modern facilities for a luxury stay.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. The chalet is on a family friendly field with other chalets. The site a clubhouse which has various entertainment at times during the season. You’re about 10 minutes from the beach and if you feel to go a bit further, you can turn left at the top of the road and follow till you come to a little cafe which sells 🍔, 🥪 and🥤. There’s free parking, where you can walk along the beach; enjoy the scenery; watch the boats go by and enjoy the peace.
