Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5) und kann prima die Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins erkunden.
