Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Situata nel centro storico veneziano, a soli 15 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma (bus terminal) e dalla Stazione Ferroviaria.

Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

The apartment has its proper heating system, you can choose the temperature you prefer. Breakfast included.

The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.

Apartment is new, just restored. It’s near Via Garibaldi the famous street in Castello District. In this area there are many bar, Restaurants, shops and famous “Bacari” where you can eat “cicchetti” typical Venetian food for Happy Hour!

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
