Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. "Secret Paradise" Private Pool Villa-Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε αυτό τον γαλήνιο χώρο στο κέντρο του νησιού! Το διαμέρισμα μας απέχει μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια, από το κεντρικό λιμάνι. Είναι ένας χώρος με θέα την κεντρική παραλία του Αγίου Μάμμα, κατάλληλος να φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια και ολιγομελής οικογένειες. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children.
