Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

Grab your bicycle and ride down to Czech village for a cultural afternoon while traveling the cedar valley trail. Everything you need is just footsteps outside the door!

The cozy main level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower entertainment space is stocked with games, shuffleboard, air hockey and wet bar! Comfy queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the basement. Full sized kitchen with pots/pans, coffee bar and dishwasher! On-sight washer and dryer are also available. Nice fenced in backyard with deck and fire pit! Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Located right in the heart of Cedar Rapids, and two blocks away from the Kernels Veterans Memorial Stadium and the Roughriders IMON Ice Arena! You can see the stadium(s) from the front porch of the house. Enjoy the fireworks after each Kernels game in the summertime! Bring your friends and relax around the firepit in the private backyard.
