Large and cosy 1 room log cabin (5m x 4m) sited in our 1 acre cottage garden. With an en suite shower room, kitchen area, full sized fridge, hob and microwave. Ideal for walkers as only a mile from the beautiful CCP, there are also lots of lovely walks from the door step. Bude is only 4 miles away for shops, beaches and restaurants. Highchair and full size cot available for baby or infant. We will provide tea/coffee, milk and biscuits for you on your arrival The cabin is a no smoking area.

Autumn Lodge is based on the outskirts of Pensilva an old mining village which is part of a world heritage site. The lodge is down an old unmade road away from the village with no other roads or traffic. It’s a perfect stay to get away from the busyness of everyday life with no street lights just dark skys perfect for watching the stars. A great location for cycling with many cycle paths nearby. Hares Lodge is situated at the bottom of our farm road, giving uninterrupted views down the Tamar Valley and the river Tamar and on to Plymouth Sound. We are near the historic town of Tavistock, national trust house Cotehele, and of course Dartmoor National park which can be seen from the Lodge. We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

The studio is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding fields. The open plan living space is flooded with light and offers all the modern comfort you need for a recharging break and base for interesting trips in the area. Explore the lane up to National Trust land and the dramatic coastpath where you can head southwest for 3/4 of a mile to Trebarwith Strand or head in the other direction to Bossiney Beach, Rocky Valley & famous Boscastle Harbour.
