You and a friend will have parking, private entrance with bedroom, sitting room, screened porch, dining room, bathroom and a fabulous outside shower. I provide coffee and light breakfast items. There is a small frig but there is no kitchen.

With your own private entrance you can come and go as you like. Large room and bathroom with shower in a cottage attached to the garage. Self contained with coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave, but not a full kitchen.
