Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

You'll find true serenity on the back porch, listening to the creek from your adirondack chair!

This cabin is located in the Enchanted Mountains and just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

This cozy space is on the second story so if you have a hard time with stairs sadly we aren't the place for you. Try us out, you won't be disappointed!!

The Usonian Cottage at Lynn Hall

Escape to this historic architectural gem nestled into the hillside overlooking the Allegheny River Valley. The Lynn Hall property, including the cottage, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and are prime examples of early organic modern architecture. Designed and built in the 1930s by Raymond Viner Hall and his father Walter J. Hall, who was the primary builder of Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Fallingwater.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
