Numerous golf courses, restaurants, shopping, live music and a boat landing to the Intracoastal waterway without leaving the neighborhood just two blocks from the cottage . Spacious lot with room to park your boat. A quick 7 minute drive to Cherry Grove Beach, under 15 min drive to Barefoot Landing and 25 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and a quick 12 minute drive to Calabash, NC.

This peaceful condo is located off Hwy 17 before you cross the bridge into North Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom/2 bath is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a beautiful view overlooking the pool. Rooms have queen sized beds and each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen has a Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven in addition to the regular cooktop and oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils to make meal prep easy. Condo has WIFI and Cable TV. Close to the beach and lots of golfing.
