The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Put simply, our little cottage occupies the best location in the world. Although we may be slightly biased... We're situated on the Cotswold escarpment, minutes from the Cheltenham. Quintessential villages abound in all directions. The M5 is 5 minutes away and the M4 is 30 minutes. For lovers of the outdoors, you can walk for miles straight from the front door. Our cottage is located on a quiet dead end lane which leads to Crickley Hill Country Park, providing amazing views and wildlife.

With Cheltenham only 4.5 miles, Cotswolds nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible. There are local dog friendly pubs and more amenities in the surrounding area.

Firepit & logs: By request (£10) NB Bathroom space limited, stairs tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private & overlooked by our house.
