Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

It has a large shower and all the usual facilities allowing for a shared area along with the bed. The double doors look out onto the garden, in summer a dream, in winter it is a cosy space to rest and recupperate.
