The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Αυτόνομο σπιτι σε κεντρικο σημείο , 3-5 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο το λιμάνι αφιξης , τα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια , τα μεσα μεταφοράς ,ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και τής τρεις κοντινές παραλιες. ( Λιβαδακια ,Αυλομωνας, Καραβι) Ωστόσο ήσυχα. . Επίσης είναι σε όροφο υπάρχουν σκαλιά για την είσοδο στο σπίτι.....
