Down a short gravel road on the outskirts of Yuba City you will find our cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1350 SQFT house tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled, our home features all the amenities your family will need for your stay. Tesla charging station for those looking to have the convenience of charging your vehicle at no additional cost. Patio access, but back yard is being reseeded so we ask you stay off grass.

Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry.
