The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch offers stunning views of Kassuba Lake. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We are centrally located to many Michigan destinations, minutes from award-winning golf courses, downtown Gaylord, ski resorts, snowmobile trails, and Otsego Lake! We have a cozy spot to relax after a day of northern Michigan fun in any season! Traverse City, Boyne, and Mackinac City/Island can all be reached within about an hour's drive! Spend the day exploring and come back to relax in the hot tub or by the fire.

Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
