Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Formerly three silver miners' cottages, Robin Cottage is a comfortable holiday cottage in the historic market town of Helston. It is ideally placed for exploring the fishing villages and beaches of West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula. It is two miles from the sea at Porthleven, a thriving fishing village with many cafes and restaurants. The cottage is five minutes walk from the centre of Helston where you will find shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly.

Watch the sunset from the window seat with views across the valley, while sounds of the church bells and the Helston brass band waft through the air.

Cosy Studio Barn Close to the Coast

Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kennack Sands, Lizard Point and beautiful Cadgwith with a great pub - recently featured on Countryfile - are all within walking distance. We are dog friendly and there is a great field next to the Piggery for dogs to run around in.
