Rock Cottage, Highland Perthshire Rural Retreat

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Beautiful Bolthole By the Birks of Aberfeldy

The Bolthole is self-contained, luxuriously comfortable, beautiful, quirky and pet friendly. Nestled on the hillside of the market town of Aberfeldy, within easy walking distance of the centre, this peaceful guest suite offers a unique space to unwind and relax away from the crowd. Enjoy woodland walks direct from the garden gate, take a long soak in the en-suite’s enormous bath-tub built for two. Cosy up on the sofa with a good book or sit in the garden by the fire & BBQ, watching the sun set.

Surrounded by woodland and wildlife, with a small stream running close by. The cabin is fully equipped and has an open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen. Breakfast bar, Lounge with 50" Smart TV & Xbox. 1 double bedroom, shower room & a private decking & seating area with BBQ & fire pit. *Adults only. No infants or children please.

The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard!
