Previously owned by Little Betty (and her mother before), we refurbished the cottage in 2016. It is an ideal base for our friends and us to explore the area on foot or by bike. You’ll find bars, pubs, restaurants, delis and antique/homeware shops on the doorstep, and Petworth House and park (a National Trust property) is 2-mins away.

Chestnut barn offers a high level of stylish furnishings including a well equipped kitchen area, walk in shower room and a separate double bedroom. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

Grittenham Cottage set in magnificent grounds

The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

Cosy Sussex Cottage. South Downs National Park

Originally the old potting shed, the Bothy sits alongside our Grade II listed walled garden. Beautifully restored and super cosy, it combines original features with modern comfort, including exposed brick, oak floors, a log burner, two ensuite bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests often mention the peaceful setting and thoughtful touches. With an acre of garden, woodland to explore and walks from the door, it’s a place where families and friends come together and many return.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

The Cowshed, Midhurst

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

Our converted stables located in the idyllic Sussex countryside is the perfect spot for a weekend or week away. Just a short walk from the historic Cowdray Park with its prestigious polo grounds and golf club. This is an ideal location to explore the surrounding South Downs national park along with Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse, not forgetting the proximity to the market towns of Petersfield and Chichester.
