Our home is located in a quiet and safe rural pocket of Edmond. The property itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully updated inside and out. Guests often comment on the relaxing backyard, comfortable beds, and spacious interior—it’s truly a peaceful retreat. That said, the surrounding neighborhood homes show signs of age and lack upkeep. You may notice rough roads, cars parked on the street/yards, and a few properties with outdoor storage/personal items visible.

This cozy 800 square foot cabin is located just a few miles from Lazy E rodeo arena and only fifteen minutes away from either Edmond or Guthrie, OK where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shopping, museums and recreational areas.
