Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

The unique house located by the water, with a splendid view. 8 + 2 people can comfortably and cozily enjoy their vacation in this spacious property. Almost all rooms in the house offer a stunning view of the river, and you can also savor the riverside scenery from the outdoor hot tub and terrace. The city services are only about 5 km, and Santa Claus Village is 15 km away. In front of the house, there are ample parking spaces for cars. Excellent jogging and skiing opportunities are nearby.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tule joen äärelle, Ounaskoski uimaranta vieressä (500m), jossa kokko ja muuta juhlaa juhannuksena- vain 1,2 km keskustasta. Ainutlaatuinen sijainti. Terassilta näkymät joen yli keskustaan. The bus for Santa's village & airport passes by the front door and there is Wi-Fi at the apartment.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
