Aqui encontra o Rio Alvoco, que pela configuração das montanhas (em forma de vale), tem águas límpidas e com temperaturas agradáveis a banhos no verão. No inverno pode desfrutar da sua beleza e harmonia. A aldeia fica a cerca de 30m de carro da Torre (ponto mais alto da Serra da Estrela), 30m de Seia e 40m da Covilhã.

Está inserida no Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela, meio caminho entre Seia e Covilhã pela estrada N231 e a cerca de 30 min do topo da serra.Tratando-se de uma herança familiar, cujo primeiro restauro data de 1932, carregada de memórias e afetos, as suas características originais foram cuidadosamente mantidas, aliando o rústico e a humildade do local, ao conforto.

The house is located in Cabeça, a small village right in Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It's only 24km distance to The Torre (Tower), the highest point of Mainland Portugal. We believe there's a little something for everyone in Cabeça, we can accomodate couples, single people, groups up to 6 people, families, and even pets! Breakfast with traditional food is avaliable upon request on reservation.
