Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Our newly renovated farm cottage sits at the edge of a grove of giant hardwoods. Enjoy year round mountain views, including Merry Mountain. Ease into the morning while watching wildlife from a front porch rocker. Visit local wineries, breweries, restaurants, museums, shops, hiking trails or wedding venues. Unwind in the hammock or practice yoga on the back deck. Prepare dinner in our full size kitchen. Then, star gaze around the fire-pit after dark. This peaceful oasis awaits you.

For those travelling East and West through VA, we are conveniently located JUST off I-64; and for those travelling North and South, we are only one exit from Rt-15. Our ideal location sits 30 minutes from Charlottesville and 40 minutes from Richmond. This room has its own private entrance with ample parking, a private attached bathroom and shower with a gorgeous double sink.

I’m located 6 miles from Scottsville, 15 miles from Charlottesville, 25-30 minute drive. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. Welcome to the Gordonsville Guest Cottage, located in historic Gordonsville, VA. This is the perfect escape into small-town living, with all the necessities nearby. Close to numerous vineyards and historic sites. Relax and unwind in this 300 sq ft private guest house which includes a queen bed, living area, bathroom, and kitchenette. This cottage is in our backyard and next to train tracks. You will need to walk 150 ft from dedicated parking. No pets.

Hawkwood House King Bedroom

Hawkwood House is close to Charlottesville, VA. It is in a 100-acre wood. Two guests share downstairs bedroom. Guests may use upper floor only with prior arrangements. It is a very quiet, peaceful setting. It is located near historic sites from colonial times of the United States and the Civil War and near Charlottesville VA and homes to three early US presidents (Monticello, Ash Lawn and Montpelier).
