Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Κυριαρχεί απόλυτη ηρεμία, η οποία ταράσσεται μόνο από τους παφλασμούς των κυμάτων. Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.

Angelos Maizonette is an apartment that includes one double bedroom and bathroom with shower enclosure on the top floor On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The sofa on the living room can be converted into a bed. An extra bed can be added in case of families with 2 children. Both levels include a balcony with table and chairs. From the top balcony you have an amazing view of Lakka bay.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a kitchen that although they share 16 m2, are well maintained and equipped. Fresh bath amenities and Wi-Fi facility are also provided. The garden is full of trees and if you are lucky, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits according to the season.

Το studio βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο σε ένα από τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης. Απέχει 30 μ. απ' τον σταθμό των ταξί και το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ του κέντρου της Πάργας και 200 μ., χωρίς ανηφόρες, απ' το λιμάνι. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, wifi και tv 40''. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο (ενιαίος χώρος) στο κέντρο του Γαΐου στους Παξούς, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με εσωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα-βεράντα. Η ανακαίνιση βασίστηκε στη διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ αναδεικνύοντας τα φυσικά υλικά: πέτρα, ξύλο, σίδερο.
