The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.

Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat.
