L'appartamento si trova all'interno del villaggio Tamerici, molto vicino al centro e ai vari servizi quali ristoranti, supermercati e locali per la movida notturna, dove si può uscire comodamente a piedi. Rimane un po’ più distante dalla spiaggia più vicina, L'Isuledda, poco meno di 2 km. L'auto si può parcheggiare a bordo strada, vicino al vialetto che porta all'appartamento, oppure in una piazza sempre interna al Residence, con parcheggi liberi. In ogni caso il parcheggio si trova sempre.
