This Rustic Retreat offers traditional northern knotty pine interior while offering most modern amenities. Sleeps a total of six persons in two queen bedrooms featuring 12” memory foam mattresses and a queen sofa sleeper. Propane heat, electric throughout, kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, and coffee pot. Includes kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, and gas grill. Bathroom with vanity and shower but no indoor toilet. The cabin does have its own private modern outhouse.

Centrally located in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, Halfway Lake Cottages provides an ideal focal point to major attractions such as Tahquamenon Falls , Pictured Rocks, The Soo Locks, and Oswald’s Bear Ranch. This area is known for some of Michigan’s best fishing, rock hounding and snowmobiling.

Located on the West side of North Manistique Lake aka “Round Lake” in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Spend the day at the lake or see sites like Tahquamenon Falls, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Seney Wildlife Refuge and Pictured Rocks.

Enjoy this private ground-floor master bedroom in our spacious home near downtown Newberry, with convenient transit times to local attractions like Timber Charlie's, Oswald's Bear Ranch, Whitefish Point, and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore! You'll have access to common areas and amenities: 2.5 bathrooms, a living room with television, dining room, kitchen, and laundry utilities in the basement. Off-street parking is available in our driveway. The house shared with me and my partner.

There is a public boat launch 2 minutes around the lake. Just a 5 minute drive to Lake Superior where you could spend all day & night! What more could you want in the North Country! 🌲🌲

Relax at our all season log cabin on Muskallonge Lake. You can also enjoy Lake Superior which is directly across the road from our cabin. Trails are 1/4 mile from cabin and are great for snowmobiles, dirt bikes, four wheelers and side by sides. Deer Park Lodge and General Store is only 2 minutes from the cabin. Newberry is 30 minutes from the cabin. Come relax at our peaceful cabin!
