The Shore Shack

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Sit around our custom fire pit & count the stars if you dare to try. Ride the bikes down to the water & pick sea glass. Wine Harbour is now the home to the Whale Sanctuary Project! Ah yes, life is truly good.

Wilson's Coastal Club - C4

Stay right on the water in this cozy 2-bedroom oceanfront cottage at Wilson’s Coastal Club on St. Margaret’s Bay. Ideal for couples, families, or friends, the cottage features two queen beds, a wood stove, full kitchen, and private deck with BBQ overlooking the ocean just steps from the beach. Some amenities such as wood-fired hot tubs, sauna access, and gear rentals are optional add-ons. Please review the “Other details to note” section for important information about these amenities.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Nestled privately off the road, the cabin offers beautiful views of the Historic Medway River in a tranquil nature setting. Watch the tide come in and out from the large deck, or venture out into the many trails nearby on the electric bikes. This space encourages both adventure and relaxation, and will be sure to bring you and yours closer.

Several beaches are located within minutes of Palmer Cottage, including Queensland Beach, Cleveland Beach and our very own Cowlow Cove beach - only a minute's walk from the cottage! Local amenities are only 10 minutes away!

Moss Cottage can be your getaway only 45 minutes from Halifax and a few kilometers from the village of Chester on Nova Scotia's beautiful south shore. It's your choice to take in the many local sights, shop in towns and villages that dot the coastline, sail, play golf or stretch out on any number of beaches -- all within easy driving. Or, perhaps you'd prefer to stay put at Moss Cottage for a lovely chance at solitude and a dip in our crystal clear, spring fed lake.
