Buses going directly to Valletta, the Three Cities and the airport pass frequently close by. The house is just a couple of minutes away on foot from the Hypogeum and the Tarxien Temples. This apartment is bang in the center of Mellieħa forming part of a block of apartments. The apartment is very bright and airy, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, Cable TV, washing machine and AC's. It also has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with distant sea views for outside dining. This apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2023. The pool is open from 1st April to 31st October.

This is a comfortable unique house it is situated in a farmhouse area 12 minutes walk from the airport . It is ser rounded by fields. In the house you find a nice kitchen a decent living area a bedroom with a shower room next to it we also have a small spare toilet. In the living area there is a large sofa bed which easily can be converted into another double bed. It’s a quiet and family oriented house and very safe.
