Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Λυκόβρυση στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ βολική αφού βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά (μόλις 550 μ.) από την έξοδο της εθνικής οδού Αθηνών Λαμίας. Πρόκειται για μία όμορφη και ευρύχωρη οικογενειακή μονοκατοικία 120 τ.μ. που περιβάλλεται από κήπο με δέντρα και λουλούδια και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.
