Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

We are 20 mins from Disneyland/Knotts, 30 mins from LAX and SNA airports, and Universal Studios, 5 mins from LGB airport, and within minutes to the 405/91/605 freeways, beaches, restaurants, parks, hospitals, LBCC, CSULB, and shopping centers.

This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath back house. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is in the back and the property is gated. Private parking in the backyard. Most appliances are new. 55" smart 4K TV in the bedroom. The washer and dryer are available in the side yard. There are a lot of Supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. It's about 10 miles to LA downtown, 20 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland resort.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Casa Villa invites you to stay at our cozy guest farm house. Our farmhouse is fully stocked with a king size bed, futon, iron, Wifi, heater and air conditioning. We also offer a well stocked bathroom with all necessary essentials. You'll also find a kitchen with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker to start your mornings! Come unwind after a long day out in Los Angeles in our relaxing compact and fully equipped Casita which offers a beautiful new composite patio deck sitting underneath the shade of a 60 year old navel orange tree.
