The Kitchen and Living Room are an open floor plan w 22ft ceilings and Big windows with full mountain views. The Top floor is the 3rd bedroom w a Queen and its own private in suite w/ Bathroom

Spring and summer are just as wonderful. I am walking distance to the White River where there is canoeing, tubing and swimming. Within walking distance is the Gaysville Campgrounds. Here you'll find river access to a fabulous swimming hole in the White River as well as trails to explore or walk your dog.

It's an easy walk to the historic Waitsfield Common Road, locally known as one of the best walking/biking roads in the Valley, if not all of Vermont. The ski resorts are a 10 to 15 minute drive away. In the warmer months this is a great starting point for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. After a day out, unwind in the hot tub and take in the fresh air.
