The apartment is in a newly renovated building (dated at the XVI century, but with older foundations) in the heart of the Jewish quarter. We believe that AirBnB offers us a way to also contribute with the community, and that's why we bought a dilapidated building three years ago. Now it is a magnificent house, with more than five hundred years of history. We have put all our passion into it. In it you will find that practically all the elements of the house are original, from the wooden coffered ceilings, to the imposing walls of brick and stone, the floors of hydraulic cement... but without forgetting that the house has to offer you all the possible comforts . We have been managing another apartment for a lot of years and we know what a traveler needs. We hope you find it here. The access by car is very easy because you will access to the old town using the main street of the Jewish Quarter. There is usually a long-term stay parking places in the surroundings and there is a car park about 400 meters away. The bus line 2 will leave you 100 meters from the house if you come by public transport. Both rooms of the house have a suitable space and cabinets for you to leave the clothes. In them you will find bedding, blankets and sets of towels for the bathroom. If you need it (under reservation) we can offer you free of charge both a travel cot and a highchair for your children. The living room is very luninous and comfortable. The sofa (Chaise Longue type) can be opened and becomes a double bed. The kitchen is within into the living room. It is fully equipped. It hasa ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower with glass screen and has a hairdryer and first aid kit. The house is located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, one of the most important in Europe. When you leave the house you will find the synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, and less than two minutes away on foot, such as the church of San Juan de los Reyes, Santo Tomé, the Transito Synagogue, the Casa del Greco or the Puerta del Cambrón (among others). The cathedral is 500 meters away. We can help you prepare your visit, arranging guided tours (some of them free) or informing you of the cultural and leisure activities on the dates of your visit. In addition, in the house, you will have maps and a lot of literature about the city, its history, legends and monuments.

Disponemos de otro apartamento en el mismo edificio y planta También tenemos este otro apartamento en el mismo edificio y planta Lo primero que debes saber es que, si lo deseas, te recogemos en nuestro coche de la estación de tren o bus o del parking y te llevamos al apartamento. Wifi gratis. Aire acondicionado y buena calefacción. Tiene 60 metros cuadrados, en dos plantas, tipo duplex. Su configuración y techos de madera lo hacen muy singular y atractivo. Decorado y equipado pensando en la comodidad de los huéspedes El apartamento, con suelos de madera, tiene una cocina independiente y totalmente equipada, con electrodomésticos y toda clase de menaje, con lavadora; un baño completo, con cabina de hidromasaje y un aseo en la planta baja, con un salón, que dispone de un sofá cama, muy cómodo, con colchón de 1,40; televisión, mueble aparador, mesa para comer y un rincón acogedor para lectura y ocio. Un dormitorio, con cama de 1,40 x 2 mts; y amplio armario empotrado para ropa. Toda la casa dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado. Agua caliente por termo eléctrico. Se facilita ropa de cama y de baño completa. Productos básicos de alimentación para cocinar y de aseo como jabón de mano, gel y champú. Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas adultas. No se admiten mascotas ni fumar en el apartamento. Posibilidad de cuna. Desde el primer día de la reserva me pongo en contacto con ellos para ofrecerles mi ayuda en cuanto a la llegada a la ciudad, punto de encuentro, parking, traslado al apartamento en mi coche, a la entrada y salida, sin coste alguno, recomendaciones sobre visitas culturales, gastronomía.... La casa pensamos que es cómoda y la hemos equipado pensando en el viajero y en la necesidad de descansar después de una jornada de mucho ajetreo. Posibilidad de recogerles desde el punto de llegada a la ciudad hasta el apartamento y a la salida igual. Servicio gratuito.
