Within 5 minutes of downtown Olympia and the Capitol. About 45 - 60 minutes from SeaTac Airport (depending on traffic). Good central location for the beach and Mt. Rainier. Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Just a ten minutes' walk to downtown Olympia, the 240 sq. ft. studio features heated floors, a small but functional kitchen and bathroom, quality bed, high ceilings and lots of natural light. It offers a peaceful and private retreat among towering trees overlooking Capitol Lake and the southern tip of the Salish Sea.

The apt is approximately 750 sq ft sep bedroom, living room and mini kitchen above the garage with private entrance. There is a mud room to remove your shoes and coats before going up stairs. Enjoy the view of Eld Inlet in a peaceful, woodsy area. We recently put a Keurig coffee maker.

Easy to downtown Olympia, colleges, farmers market & I5. Nice home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula, Southwest Washington, ocean beaches, Mt. Rainier and Mt St. Helens.
