E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The presence of very sweet and sociable furry friends, who live in the large green space around the house, allows you to experience the purest love for life. Located 10 minutes from the historic center of Perugia, it is in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations of Umbria, such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno.

La struttura, con ingresso indipendente, si caratterizza per l’ampio giardino, wi-fi, aria condizionata e tv. Il bagno è dotato di un’ampia vasca idromassaggio. La posizione è strategica: si trova a soli 15 minuti da Perugia, 20 minuti dal Lago Trasimeno, 30 minuti da Gubbio ed Assisi ed a soli 5 minuti da Antognolla Golf.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

L’abitazione è facilmente raggiungibile in auto dallo svincolo di Madonna Alta del raccordo autostradale Perugia – Bettolle che dista circa 5 km.
