River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Farmstay in Civil War Cottage

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $50. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, country style getaway on a wooded 2.5 acre lot, look no further. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. The Home Stretch

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

"The Rosalie" at Clover Hill Farm

You will love the quiet of the farm and star filled nights The views from bed of the horses and hay fields invite you to adventure out. The lofted ceiling is open and airy while the dining/kitchen area on the lower level is cozy an intimate. The Rosalie has a private entrance, parking area and private deck. New Fast Internet makes this an all around best of both worlds connectivity and rural setting. I welcome like- minded guests to come relax and recharge.

The Packard House (2351)

Located at Mount Bernard Farm which is a 130+ acre historic river front property along scenic River Road West and the James River. Need more room? Experience the ultimate glamping adventure in our converted school bus! Nestled on 5 acres of land, the campsite features lush woods and a creek. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with the comfort of a home away from home. Our skoolie is the perfect basecamp for outdoor adventures-just 30 minutes to Richmond and 5 minutes from the nearest trailhead at Pocahontas State Park with pass included.

Enjoy our lovely handcrafted cottage in its wooded, peaceful setting with its new keyhole-style herb garden. Just a mile off the Keswick exit of I-64 near Charlottesville, UVA, Monticello, many wineries and historic sites, this conveniently located property includes walking trails, hilarious chickens, beautiful gardens and a new playset for children. High speed internet is an added bonus.

Hundred Acre Wood: basement apartment/pets welcome

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
