Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Stay in a fully self-contained wing of our beautiful historic Grade 2 listed family home dating back to 1616 and mentioned in Pevsner’s Guide. Arranged over 2 floors and with a separate entrance, you have your own kitchen and living room with space for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms in a quiet Northamptonshire village. There is private parking and we are perfectly positioned with excellent transport links via the A14, M1 and M6 for you to head out to enjoy the lovely countryside around us.

The perfect countryside retreat, a beautifully converted 2-bedroom barn nestled in an idyllic rural setting. Surrounded by sweeping views of open fields and serene ponds, this peaceful haven invites you to unwind, reconnect, and recharge. Wake up to birdsong and spend your days walking, birdwatching or enjoying the local area or delicious food and drink at the village pub. The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.

Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
