Close to many major attractions yet short drive to downtown Hilo. You’ll love the comfortable space, the peaceful yet convenient location, the lush yard, even access to swimming & waterfalls in the gorge behind the house. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NOTE: Hawaii GE-067-950-7968-02 & TA-067-950-7968-01 The rental is hosted & per Hawaii County Planning Dept exempt from Hawaii Cty Bill 108 so we may consider <30 day rentals as well as longer periods.

Hilo Downtown Retreat

The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.
