Well appointed 2 large bedrooms (available as 2 Kings or 4 singles), with unspoilt views, private parking, 2 reception rooms (sofa bed to cater for groups of 6), hot tub, bathroom, shower room and upstairs wc. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and full oven. Washer dryer in utility.

Parking on private drive available. We, offer a full English breakfast and a candlelit romantic meal for two. This is served in our private bar/ lounge.

Situated in the pretty village of Tibberton, nestled in beautiful countryside with wonderful walks and cycle rides from the door to delight both walkers and keen cyclists. There’s a Christmas Market, Tall Ships Festival, & intimate music festivals locally. The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round. The Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Malverns & Wye are close by.

The Annex offers dog friendly accommodation with plenty of outdoor space. It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and shower room, and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and garden. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays and access needed to cleaning cupboard and tumble dryer in annex.
