Situated in quiet and safe neighborhood, only 6 km from city centre, our home offers you relaxation and peace you are searching for while on vacation. HolidayHomeSpalato features comfortable and modern rooms, cosy pool and grill area. All of that was planed to bring pleasure and fun to your stay in beautiful city of Split. We welcome you at our home, which features two spacious apartments. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and living room in each one. Accommodates 12 persons.

Apartman Ranko 02 is located in a very attractive location in the first row next to the sea! The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens full of greenery! Restoran is 50m from the apartman and shop 100m! You will be able to enjoy in amazing seaview from the terasse,use a private beach with loungers,use a free wifi,take a shower on the beach after a swimming,use a private parking as well as outdoor grill! Come and spend memorable vacation in my house as well as all my previous guests!

All floors have beautiful seaview, parking for cars and possibility to use bbq near house. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!
