Célestine

Célestine is a traditional Kefalónian house, with unique character and a magnificent view! At the village of Makryotika, right above the town square, it offers lots of privacy and tranquility, while also being just a 5' drive away: from the lively bars, cafés and restaurants of Agia Effimia to the one side and the famous Myrtos beach with its breathtaking sunset to the other. Its central location within Kefalonia also serves as a base for daily excursions to explore the rest of the island.

Penelope’s Village Stone House

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

Όμορφη μεζονέτα τριών δωματίων ,στο ήσυχο παραδοσιακό χωριό μακρυώτικα, σε κεντρικό σημείο του νησιού. φιλοξενεί άνετα οικογένεια η δυο ζευγάρια . πολύ κοντά σε σημεία τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος(μύρτος, λίμνη μελισσάνη ). πλησίον αγίας Ευφημίας όπου υπάρχει η τοπική αγορά ,πολλά καφέ και εστιατόρια . Στον οικισμό υπάρχει καφενείο και παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα σε κοντινή απόσταση. το κατάλυμα συστεγάζεται σε τριώροφο κτήριο και αποτελεί τον πρώτο και δεύτερο όροφο του συγκροτήματος.

It is just a 12-minute drive from Myrtos Beach, 8 minutes from the bay of Agia Efimia, 24 minutes from the village of Assos, and 18 minutes from the Melissani Cave.

Mirtula House is situated in the center of the village Makriotika in Kefalonia. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with full equipped kitchen. There is also private parking. Agia Efimia is only 5 minutes. Myrtos beach is just 5 km from Mirtula House. You can find a traditional taverna 50 metres away.
