This hundred-year-old stone house, restored with love, is located on the slopes of Učka, near Opatija. Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Koča odraža čas med svetovnima vojnama, kajti nad njo je potekala Rapalska meja (1920). Nudi vso potrebno komoditeto in čar minulega časa. Nahaja se v območju Nature 2000, katero se stika z Regijskim parkom Snežnik. Predstavlja odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje bližnje okolice ( Snežnik, Pivška planota,...) kot tudi širše ( Kvarner, Brkini,...) kamor se lahko odpeljete z našimi e-kolesi, katera so vključena v ceno namestitve (dve nočitvi en dan brezplačna uporaba koles).
