All rooms are on the main floor. Guests have exclusive access to enjoy the house, large backyard w/firepit and grill, and games in partial basement. *Note: The entire house has a separate one-bedroom apartment upstairs with a separate entrance & deck available for booking. Very clean house in quiet neighborhood on double lot. Air-conditioned, high-speed internet (350 mbps download speed) and cable TV. Excellent lighting throughout plus the main living areas face south providing good natural light for living areas. Very large deck area with outdoor dining table for four plus there is couch/chair seating for nine. We have another airbnb rental (2 bedroom) less than a block away - called "Little Pink House". Dog friendly one bedroom house close to everything

The Main floor of this home with it's own Private Entrance, one Kingsize bed, one bathroom and a large kitchen. It is on a nice grassy lot with a long driveway. Easy walking distance to anything downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. Both beaches are walkable, as well, but you might want to take the short drive if you are hauling coolers and beach toys. On the North Side of Town. FYI - There is an upper level with 2 beds/1 bath available in your rental for additional fee.
