Outside you'll find a bonfire pit and a charcoal grill. Directly across the road is the Lincoln Hills trail system which connects to thousands of acres of scenic trails. This lovely Bungalow on 5 acres is nestled along 1000ft of the Boardman River. We have kayaks, hammock, outside dining/living area with fireplace, and hot tub. The property is surrounded by state land and trails, perfect for hiking, kayaking, side by sides, and snowmobiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments. The bathroom has towels, a hair dryer, small toiletries and soaps. WiFi will help you stay connected. Perfect for a honeymoon stay or couples getaway! 25 minutes to TC.

Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

The neighbor with the dogs has moved away permanently. ;-) NOTE: 3 night minimum $25 per person per night after 2 persons. $50 Pet fee

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
