Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The cabin is separate from the main house with a private entrance and key safe. It is situated in a peaceful, quiet and beautiful garden. It caters adequately for 1 or 2 people with a double bed, a table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside tables, coat and umbrella stand, electric towel heater, television, air conditioner, shower, hand basin, toilet, kitchen area with microwave, sink and fridge. Parking is available in the street or on the driveway.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
