We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Welcome to our beautiful Mansfield Family Retreat, only minutes walk to the town centre for cafes/pubs/shopping, wetlands & cycling rail trail, information centre, sporting/playground/skate park precinct and Mansfield Mt Buller Bus Line. For the boating and fishing enthusiasts, Lake Eildon is 10 minutes and Lake Nillahcootie 20 minutes drive. To explore Victoria's High Country for skiing, bush walking, 4X4 and mountain bike riding, the entrance to Mt Buller is 45 minutes away.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Comfortable and eclectic, this self contained one bedroom studio (one of three) has been built almost entirely from recycled materials. Located at Alpine Ridge, in the heart of the high country and just 4 kilometres from the base of Mt Buller, it is perfectly located for exploring this pristine area. Suitable for people who love the mountains and everything that goes with it. Two other studios are also available.
