Take advantage of the property's great location, a 15 min drive to Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre & Silver Star Mountain. 8 min drive into the city of Vernon and 15 minutes to Kalamalka or Okanagan Lake for summer fun.

Comfy cabin surrounded by nature

A bachelor cabin with queen bed, shower, kitchen. There is a large deck with a bbq to relax on overlooking the pastures, mountains and our cows. Beside the cabin is a spot for an outdoor fire, weather permitting. We have many trails off the property including a waterfall. We are close to town, but a world away. If you enjoy nature you will love our property. Our hottub is at the house with scenic views of the lake and town. With mulitiple guests we have booking times for private use.

A Suite Above

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

A completely private basement suite with tropical vibes, showing off views of beautiful Okanagan Lake. The perfect ‘off the beaten path’ getaway that boasts a private hot tub, out door pizza oven on a large patio! Come prepared and enjoy the space to yourselves. 35mins from Vernon town and or 45mins to West Kelowna - look no further if you want a private relaxing getaway! PLEASE NOTE Starting August 28th there is a FIRE BAN. Unfortunately the pizza oven will be out of commission!

Riverside Ranch sits on 37 beautiful acres alongside the Shushwap River, 1km upriver from Mara Lake. The property has a private sandy beach on the Shushwap River, just steps away from your private patio and hot tub. Breakfast service is available for an additional $20/person per day.
