Including SUNY Cortland, TC3 (~15min), Syracuse University(~30 min), Cornell (~30 min) & Ithaca College (~40 min) *Walking distance to: SUNY Cortland Downtown/Mainstreet Cortland Starbucks Several amazing local restaurants & a grocery store. Great local ski options including Greek Peak and Labrador Mtn.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

"Wilma" - Riverfront Cabin

This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Nestled by a stream at the foot of a hill, alongside Hoxie Gorge State Forest, near the head of Hoxie Gorge Trail & Finger Lakes Trail; only 9 miles from Greek Peak Ski Resort, this tiny house A-Frame is a year-round glamping escape you don’t want to miss. This unique and cozy space is ideal for couples or solo trips. Equipped with a mini fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave and kuerig.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. The treehouse is 150 square feet of pure magic and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway high up in the trees.

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Great location for professors, parents, students, outdoor enthusiast and anyone exploring the Finger lakes! We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again.

Just 9 miles and a quick 15 minute drive to Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Close to the Finger lakes wine trail, and many wineries. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. We are dog friendly(2 allowed) there is a $100. fee per stay.
