Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented. This sleek design apartment is a dream come true on the Buda side of the Danube. It's close to the river and Margaret Island, has great access to sights both in Pest and Buda, and is a prime example of style and comfort. It has been fully renovated at a premium level, and with a separate bedroom and a spacious living area, it can comfortably host up to four people, which makes it a perfect choice for couples and small and close-knit groups of friends.

Live like a local citizen! The studio apartment is our own flat, what we started listing on airbnb in 2014. During this time, we learnt a lot from our guests, and we're always improving something in the apartment. The building is historic, approximately 150 years old. But the flat is modern, and was recently renovated. It is situated in the city centre, so you can reach everything within a few steps. We're looking forward to welcome you!
