Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Plus, a quick five-minute drive brings you to gorgeous beaches perfect for swimming, surfing, picnicking, or catching one of the world's most spectacular sunsets.

Margaret River Town Sanctuary

Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months. The house boasts an eclectic collection of art from my work in remote Aboriginal communities and from local artists. From the house, you can enjoy an easy walk to the river, forest and the main street galleries, shops and cafes. Winery tour operators can pick you up from the house.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down south getaway that is close to all the amenities of town. Throughout the house, we have local artists work that is available to purchase if you love the pieces as we do. Enjoy the luxury of having your own plunge pool and soak spa (no high-pressure jets or bubbles) on an incredible deck, this is your ultimate retreat. Beautifully appointed rooms, lounge area, kids play area as well as a deep soak bath and rain shower in the bathroom.

Alpaca Farm Cabin 1 Rosa River Ranch

Come and stay at Rosa River Ranch! Meet the alpacas and enjoy an escape to nature. 12 minutes from the centre of Margaret River and minutes from several wineries, horseback riding and the Berry Farm. The property includes all the essential amenities to provide a relaxing and stress free stay.
